ROI Matrix, a human performance framework designed to help organisations identify the hidden friction that can affect wellbeing, clarity, autonomy, decision-making and sustainable performance. Her keynote talks and workshops combine storytelling, strategic thinking and practical insight to help leaders understand what enables people and organisations to perform sustainably.

Alexandra's previous career in cyber security, predominantly in threat intelligence, gives her a distinctive perspective on operating in high-pressure environments, assessing risk and making decisions when the stakes are high. She brings this experience together with her work in leadership and human performance to explore how organisations can build resilience without creating cultures that rely on chronic pressure or burnout.
